Terms and Conditions
1: Luxury Domestic Cleaning Services must be notified as soon as possible regarding defects of the clean so that we may comment, Inspect and return in a timely manner
2: The service guarantee only covers the cleaning of the unsatisfactory items at the property and does not entitle you to have the entire cleaning package nor additional items redone
3: The service guarantee only covers work provided and booked via Luxury Domestic Cleaning Services, no other services are covered by the Luxury Domestic Cleaning Services service guarantee
4: The service guarantee can only be invoked by the person who booked the cleaning service, with the exception of the vacate clean of which the owner of the property or the real estate agent managing the property may invoke the work guarantee on behalf of the person who booked the service
5: The service guarantee is only valid on complete and whole cleaning packages as listed on our website (https://www.luxurycleaningservices.ath.cx/) at the property, this includes any optional extras that have been also performed at the property
6: The service guarantee is only valid for up to 12 hours after the date of the cleaning service and under the following conditions being met:
6.1: No building or maintenance work has been carried out at the property during or after the cleaning has been finished including but not limited to; renovation work, flooring replacement/repair, painting and decorating, plumbing or electrical work and other such similar services
6.2: The property has only had minimal and light foot traffic during or after the cleaning, this exclusively excludes but is not limited to excluding; parties being held or other such large social gatherings at the property, home-open/house viewings other and such similar activities.
6.3: This is with exception to vacate cleans in which the property should be vacant on the day of cleaning and continue being vacant afterwards with no person(s) or animal(s) remaining there
6.4: The property has not been left open or unlocked, unattended or has had a security breach and had unwanted patrons enter after the cleaning service
6.5: The property has not been damaged in any way, be this from weather conditions or other such acts of nature, accidents by an external party or the person who booked the clean or animals left in the property during or after the cleaning.
7: The service guarantee will only be honored on the same clean at the same property up to a maximum of 3 times, after that Luxury Domestic Cleaning Services will cease to re-attend to the property in dispute of that clean
8: The property must be in a livable condition at the time of the service taking place for the service guarantee to be honored, this includes but is not limited to meeting the following criteria:
8.1: The property is not excessively damaged, be this cosmetic or structurally.
8.2: There are no issues with feral animals, bugs, insects or such at the property.
8.3: The property must have working electricity with safe and usable electrical outlets, must have working lights in all rooms and must have running hot water
9: Luxury Domestic Cleaning Services accepts no responsibility for bonds held back by real estate agents or owners nor for additional rent charges or other such charges accrued.
10: Payments for Bond, Once Off and Spring Cleans must be 100% payment before the commencement of the service and the remainder upon completion, all debts may be referred to a debt collection agency if no attempt to resolve the debt has been made.
11: Payments for weekly, fortnightly and monthly may be no longer then one service behind we reserve the rite to suspend your service until such time as outstanding service fees are paid up in full, all debts may be referred to a debt collection agency if no attempt to resolve the debt has been made
12: Breakages must be noted withing 24 hours if you have no house and contents insurance Luxury Domestic Cleaning Services will replace or repair the breakage pending you supply a written evaluation of the breakage from an authorized evaluator. Luxury Domestic Cleaning Services holds no liability to the cost of the authorized evaluator only the initial cost of the Breakages.
13: Changes to a service (extending/shortening service time, adding/removing extras) mast be made with the Luxury Domestic Cleaning Services office no later than 12 hours before a service Cleaners must refuse (extending/shortening service time, adding/removing extras) without prior consent of Luxury Domestic Cleaning Services.
14: Keys that are kept by Luxury Domestic Cleaning Services are kept securely in a key safe at our office and collected as need be buy the cleaning teams, if you do not want to us to handle keys you must store them in a secure location at you property (Not under the front/back door mat) and notify our office of there location.
15: For security reasons Luxury Domestic Cleaning Services and there cleaning teams can not enter a property that has been left open and/ or unsecured.
We do everything we can to ensure that the prices on our and other companies websites are correct, and we try to keep our prices constant. Sometimes we need to change the cost of a product, either up or down.Prices may be changed at any time without further notice. We reserve the right to change our product's prices at any time without further notice. However, if you have Booked a service but not yet paid , we guarantee the price for originally quot for this service only.
Prices listed in any other websites may not be accepted. We sell our services through a number of different online channels and we cannot always control when they are updated. We reserve the right not to accept a price listed on a site other than our own.
